Availability

1182angelina is available now for pre-lease in August of 2012. The leasing term must be in one year increments, so it always begins in August, and always ends in July. The minimum is one year.

The House

1182angelina is a quaint old house from the late 1960’s. It’s been recently renovated to have a more modern feel on the inside, while still preserving the beauty on the outside.

The Yard

With an oversized lot, there is plenty of space in both the front and back yard to relax and enjoy the peaceful surrounds. The back yard is fenced, with towering oaks on either side. These beautiful, aged trees provide tons of shade covering most of the large back yard—a perfect place to enjoy the evenings. The back patio has latticework on the sides for privacy, and it’s covered, so you can even sit out and enjoy the rain! There is a small storage shed in the back, perfect for storing those seasonal items that you don’t want inside.

The Inside

Speaking of the inside, this house was completely renovated in the spring of 2005. All wet areas (kitchen, dining, and baths) are floored with ceramic tile, while the rest of the house is covered by laminate wood flooring. The kitchen was completely gutted and refurnished, meaning all new cabinets, countertops, sink (including fixtures), garbage disposal, dish washer, refrigerator, and stove-top oven range! In the bathrooms, the cabinets, countertops, and sinks (including fixtures) were also replaced. In fact, all light fixtures throughout the house have been replaced.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, and all are wired for cable TV and high speed internet. The living room also has a connection for either as well. There are also one and a half baths, the half-bath being the master bedroom.

The Garage

The garage is covered and enclosed, with carpet and a ceiling fan. This area can be used for one vehicle, storage, workout room, office, etc. Also in the garage area is a supplied washer and dryer, so no more walking down to the community laundry.

Continued Improvements

As any homeowner would do, we continually try to make 1182anglina a more pleasant place to live. As soon as the air warms up and the weather permits, the outside will be painted. We also plan to plant flowers in the front and on the side of the house.
